A Trip To The Peak District

The Peak District is a landscape of contrast—where rugged gritstone edges meet soft, rolling hills, and ancient woodlands hide within deep valleys. This series captures the quiet beauty of this national park, from the first light hitting Mam Tor to the atmospheric mist rising over Ladybower Reservoir.

I focused on light and shadow, letting the soft morning glow define the textures of the land. Stanage Edge provided dramatic rock formations, while Winnats Pass offered a natural frame to the winding roads below. Shot mostly during blue hour and golden hour, this collection aims to encapsulate the timeless charm of the British countryside—wild, unpredictable, and deeply serene.
